Teplov ValeriyV. Teplov was born in 1961 in Penza.
In 1981 he graduated from the High Art School in his native city.
Most of all Teplov likes to paint sea. In his artworks the artist tries to use the great experience of traditional Russian realistic school, especially of early Brullov and Ajvazovsky.
Since 1983 the artist has taken part in city and zonal art exhibitions.
His works are in private collections in USA, England, Germany, France, Korea.
