Borisov ValentinValentin Borisov was born in 1945 in Proskurov Kamenets, Podolsk region).
In 1964 graduated from the Art College in Ivanovo.
In 1967 Borisov entered the Surikov State Art Institute in Moscow faculty of painting in studio of professor V.G.Tsiplakov,-People’s Artist of Russia. In 1973 he graduated from the Institute with high degree.
Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR since 1979.
V.Borisov took part in the All-Union, Republic and Moscow arts exhibitions.
Many of his works were shown in the International exhibitions in Poland, Great Britain, Berlin, France. His paintings and drawings were reproduced in several magazines.
